Johanna Ivaska is a Professor of Molecular Cell Biology at University of Turku in Finland. Her research cell adhesion and cancer research group’s interests are related to investigating the biological role of integrins in cancer progression. The current main research focus is integrin mediated cell adhesion, cell-matrix interactions and integrin endosomal traffic in cancer.
